RECOGNITION OF FOREIGN EDUCATION OR QUALIFICATION

The recognition of foreign education and (or) foreign qualification provides the holder of documents with the right to study (for students) and (or) professional activity (for staff) at ºìÐÓÊÓƵ.

PROCEDURE OF RECOGNITION

In order to receive official conclusion of recognition from ºìÐÓÊÓƵ, applicant should provide a list of the following documents to the ºìÐÓÊÓƵ Committee for Recognition of Foreign Education or Qualification:

  1. the application for recognition of educational document;

  2. the original document foreign education and (or) foreign qualification;
  3. the copy of document foreign education and (or) foreign qualification;
  4. the translation of documents into Russian language, legally approved (notarized);
  5. the transcripts of Records of previous education, translated into Russian language and legally approved (notarized);
  6. the copy of passport of applicant translated into Russian language and legally approved (notarized) and copy of Russian visa.

Please, pay attention that by your arrival at ºìÐÓÊÓƵ documents of foreign education and (or) foreign qualification should receive a legal approval. Legalization is the procedure of academic documents approval by the Ministry of International Affairs in your country of graduation, and then by the Russian Consulate. Both of them should put a stamp on the back side of your documents or their copies. The rules may vary, depending upon the requirements by a particular country.

Time terms: the ºìÐÓÊÓƵ Committee for Recognition of Foreign Education or Qualification considers the documents within 30 days.

A package of documents can be brought in person or through a legal representative to the ºìÐÓÊÓƵ Committee for Recognition of Foreign Education or Qualification at: office 204, 8, Genkelya Str., Perm, Russian Federation, 614990.
